2027 Abstract - GENETIC SOLUTIONS TO BIOTIC AND ABIOTIC STRESSORS INB MID-SOUTH SOYBEAN: The University of Arkansas Soybean Breeding Program is dedicated to developing and releasing high-yielding soybean cultivars with improved tolerance to yield-limiting stressors for Mid-South growers. This presentation will provide updates on genetic solutions to two major production risks, flooding and southern root-knot nematode, including the identification of new sources of tolerance and resistance, and progress in combining these traits with strong agronomic performance in adapted herbicide-resistant varieties.
