Eric Hover is a rice and soybean farmer from Harviell, MO. With over a decade of service to US Rice Producers Association and the Missouri Rice Council, he was elected chairman of the US Rice Producers Association in July 2025. He continues to work to strengthen the future of U.S. rice farming at both the state and national levels.
