2026 Abstract - HOW SMART FARMERS SURVIVE TOUGH TIMES: A familiar face at past Cotton & Rice conferences, in 2026 Tyler Hydrick will speak on his home turf. A resident of this year’s host city, Hydrick brings nearly two decades of wisdom gained in consulting farmers in northeast Arkansas on a wide variety of issues including pesticide & fertilizer application and the procedures behind a successful harvest. This year’s topic will focus on growing cost effective and productive soybean crops, in this challenging time for farmers. He’ll be joined by Dr. Jason A. Bond of Mississippi State University.
