CONFERENCE MODERATOR - OPENING GENERAL SESSION: Dr. L. Jason Krutz is a Professor in the Department of Plant and Soil Sciences at Mississippi State University and serves as Director of the Mississippi Water Resources Research Institute, Starkville, MS. Prior to leading the Water Resources Research Institute, Dr. Krutz served as the State Irrigation Specialist for Mississippi State University, Stoneville, MS. Dr. Krutz has authored over 130 scientific articles describing the effects of agricultural production practices on water quantity and quality. Jason currently resides in Starkville, MS with his wife and five children.
